On a chassis dyno, this down pipe produces 14 horsepower and 39 lbs/ft. of torque at 1900RPM and is constructed of mandrel bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing and flanges that mount to all factory mounting locations.
This system uses a unique resonance chamber to capture sound waves and minimize in-cab resonance producing an aggressive tone on throttle with a smooth sound at cruising speeds without effecting performance.
This down pipe is 100% TIG-Welded and uses a stepped design that increases exhaust velocity and eliminates low pressure drops which helps to scavange the exhaust for increased intake charge and more power.
