The ALTA Cat-Back Exhaust System looks great, sounds better and performs like it should! Makes more horsepower and torque than competitive systems with its full 3" plumbing. Sounds great with a deep mellow tone and no drone at freeway speeds. Two over-sized 3-1/2" double wall slash cut exhaust tips add an aggressive look to this impressive system. ALTA exhaust tips feature double wall construction and will not dis-color with extreme heat. ALTA Performance mufflers have a true 3" internal diameter for uninterrupted exhaust flow. ALTA mufflers and flange connections are 3" throughout the entire length, (never necked down even at transition points) for ultra smooth transitions throughout the system.

ALTA technicians have proven time and time again that 3" makes more power while still keeping exhaust tones under control. Their huge 3" exhaust only weighs just a little over a pound more than the stock exhaust. This ALTA exhaust system has a brushed metal finish. The brushed finish has a grainy metal look which is easily maintained with a Scotchbrite abrasive pad.

ALTA exhaust systems are made entirely of 304 stainless steel, from beginning to end. 304SS provides high corrosion resistance, and is durable under extreme conditions including heat up to 1800 degrees! Other manufactures and OEMs, will use cheaper 409 stainless steel which will rust and corrode over time. ALTA knows the added internal expense of 304 stainless steel is well worth cost and durability. When you add in the ALTA Lifetime Warranty this system simply can't be beat in any competitive comparison.

The ALTA Down Pipe Back Exhaust has solid gains of 8-12 Wheel HP and 10-14 ft-lbs of torque. While 8-12 WHP is very noticeable, more noticeable is that the turbo spools roughly 200RPM sooner. This quicker spool means more low end power!
