After testing numerous different designs the R&D team at B&B came up with a 3" mandrel bent rear muffler delete system that produces as much as 12 horsepower and 10ft.bs of torque over the restrictive stock muffler. While you may think that deleting the rear muffler the system would be over powering in spite of this we found quite the opposite. With a deeper more authoritative exhaust note on acceleration the system still maintains a mellow cruising tone with no unwanted interior noise. Besides the increase in performance and more powerful sound the B&B shaves off 16lbs over the stock system for you track enthusiasts. To complete the system B&B uses a twin 3.5" round double wall tips that will set your 135i apart from the competition. Manufactured out of 100% T304 stainless steel this bolt on system does not alter any engine management sensors therefore it is 50 state emissions legal and is backed with their limited LIFETIME warranty.

Depending on the application, you can choose from 3 inch round tips with a rolled edge, 4.5 inch oval rolled edge tips, 5.25 inch oval rolled edge tips or DTM style tips for European applications.
