Kleemann HiFlow Exhaust Headers for Mercedes G 55 AMG W463 V8 90-13

Kleemann high flow exhaust header kits allows the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and fitted on S/C 55 AMG cars with the V8 M113 engine, it will raise power by up to 25 HP (up to 20 HP on N/A 55 AMG cars). The outlet pipe on the Kleemann headers is 60 mm. in diameter (stock 47 mm.) and in conjunction with the optimized flow obtained by the longer header pipes, exhaust gas back pressure is greatly reduced.

The kit consists of 2 headers, 2 down-pipes, 2 gaskets and new copper nuts.

NOTE: This header kit is designed for LHD cars, but can be modified to fit on RHD cars also, and it requires a Kleemann ECU upgrade (alternatively relocating the back O2 sensors + extension of the cables) for optimal function and performance. The installation requires cutting and welding.
