All RENNtech headers are hand built from mandrel-bent, seamless tubing and CNC machined stainless flanges. Advanced computer aided design and flow-analysis software allows RENNtech headers to deliver substantial gains across the entire RPM range.

RENNtech headers are constructed of the highest quality T-304 stainless steel and are ceramic coated to further reduce latent heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.
